Coyote Ugly

Get out your cowboy boots (optional) and cowboy hats and get ready to have some FUN! You will learn a routine full of sassy and girly moves using the cowboy hat as a prop (hats available for use at the studio). A great class to take with your girlfriends!

Hawaiian Cardio Hula

This workshop is suitable for anyone, even for those who have never worked out or who aren't already in shape. Is it graceful? ...YES! Is it effective? ...YES! Is it fun? ...Oh YES! This is not a hula hoop class, rather, you will be taught some oh so beautiful Hawaiian moves while getting a phenomenal workout.

Strip Tease

Learn the affectionate art of "wordless conversation" with an array of tease lessons. You will start with some beautiful sensual and feminine movements, then move into clothing removal techniques and you will end up with a tantalizing routine that can be done for that special someone if you so choose or simply for your beautiful self.

Hip Hop

This is a sassy and feminine hip hop routine performed to the song "Strip Tease" by Danity Kane. Choreography is covered in depth, step by step and is practiced often to ensure that everyone is able to execute the routine with confidence.

Lap Dance

This workshop starts you off with a sensual warm-up to loosen your hips and to get you in the mood for what's next - one of the steamiest routines Trena's Studio of Dance has to offer! We will take you through a series of sexy exercises, teach you how to walk and crawl with sass and remove your top and bottoms with class. Then everything will be combined into a steamy routine that will send your confidence through the roof! You'll be having so much fun you won't even realize you are working out!

Chair Flirt

Chair Flirt will have women looking at their kitchen chair in a whole new way! Within this workshop, you will be using a chair to assist you in this sexy and organic chair dance. High heels or boots are an option, but get ready to raid your man's closet because we will be using a man's dress shirt and tie to spice things up... but don't worry, he won't mind as he will be highly rewarded for his donation.
