Studio Policy

Refund after session begins: Refunds will not be offered after a session begins as this may disallow another student from registering in the class.

Refund before session begins: If a student chooses to cancel a class after registering, but before a session begins, a $25.00 processing/administration fee will be applied.

Exception: If a medical condition or injury prevents you from completing your session, we will offer a pro-rated refund. A doctor's note stating why the condition affects your participation in the remaining sessions will be required. A processing fee of $25.00 will be applied.

Loss: Trena's Studio of Dance is not responsible for any loss or damage of belongings or injury while on the premises, or while traveling to or from classes.

Cancelled and/or Postponed Class: Trena's Studio of Dance reserves the right to cancel any advertised class if registration is inadequate. Classes postponed due to inclement weather or instructor illness will be rescheduled.

NSF Cheques: A fee of $30.00 will be charged for returned cheques.
